Though Visio can be a useful diagramming tool, I'd exclude it from
consideration for ERDs as (absent specific "integrated" plugins) that's
a manual process.  Or so I understand.

This seems to support at least a subset of ERD generation.  Pricing
appears reasonable at $40.
