They are fine once you get it setup and working.  Their customer support
SUCKS and they will put you on hold forever.  But that is to be expected
from all ISP's these days, I think.  Their speed is good and they let you
run whatever you want.  If you do get through to a technical support
person, you can get promoted to the smart ones by saying you run Linux.
