FYI, I've had to send him a separate offlist copy:  He has his
subscription set to "nomail" so that he would never receive anyone's
postings, essentially so that he can post freely but otherwise never
interact in any way with the mailing list's membership.

(Essentially, that's a broadcast advertising model:  Everyone gets to hear
what you say, but you don't hear them.)
