A technicality - I'd be inclined to include the trailing / on the URL, i.e.:
http://www.balug.org/
I was thinking we could possibly do a custom URL associated with the
cookie - but that's probably more trouble than it's worth, ... I was thinking
instead around the time of LinuxWorld (and for a while thereafter) "we"(/I)
could change the web page a bit, ... I was thinking roughly redo the logo
at the top a bit, ... with a fortune cookie, and have that be a link to
some more information on the idea behind the fortune cookie and such.
Could still have the Four Seas Restaurant logo atop the fortune cookie -
still fits in well with Chinatown/Chinese theme.
untangle.com will have their stuff printed on one side (
website and tagline or two, likely:
The Open Source Network Gateway
www.untangle.com
)
and we'll have BALUG stuff printed on the other side.

untangle.com is in it for at least 1,000 cookies. We can probably
stretch that to around 1,500 cookies based on what some BALUG folks
have said they'll contribute. More $$ contributed will cover more cookies.
For that quantity, we're roughly around $300 per 1,000 cookies, or figure
$0.30 per cookie (that's cookie with custom printed fortune, each individually
wrapped - since we'll be handing 'em out to folks).
