What kind of CPUs are these? If they're Intel/AMD, then a quad core
processor supports 64 bit, and a 32 bit processor can only support (I
think) up to 64 GB using PAE, but that can be quite slow. You are
much better off running in 64 bit mode. For other types of CPUs the
issues may be different.
