BART is great for some.

I've never paid for parking in the 10-20 meetings I've attended over the
years.

My usual free parking in on the big street one block uphill from the
restaurant. Street parking free at meters after 6pm?

Last meeting I atttended ~ 2 mos ago I got a free place for my
motorcycle almost directly in from to the restaurant.

A biker friend (non-motoraized) tell me IIRC the new bay bridge span
will have a bike lane - is that true?  Then all we need is a bike lane
on the sf side of the bridge.

Though, that will seriously decrease the impace of that last friday of
the month biker group that rides their bikes across the bridge, blocking
traffic.  ;)
