I humbly second Andrew's motion above as an "amicus curiae", so-to-speak, 

The balug-admin list would seem the best pace for John Regan and the BALUG Admins to refine their respective opinions and decisions concerning BALUG policy matters.

Such opinions and decisions getting redirected to balug-admin instead of to BALUG-Talk might at least serve to reduce the time BALUG-Talk readers such as this one would spend to slog through the last several longer policy messages ;)
