[BALUG-Talk] BALUG <--> East Bay via/with bicycle

Besides BART (non-commute hours, or folding bicycle),
and the CalTrans bicycle shuttle (commute hours only),
and (a number of) busses,
there's also the Oakland/Alameda Ferry.  Not the fastest or
cheapest way to get across, but probably the most pleasant.
For those that don't mind bicycling a bit further, there is also
the Dunbarton Bridge.
