I'd be interested in trying.  I'd probably need someone to describe the
setup to be a reflector.  

For the instance I described, someone sending me an audio stream by
phone, I could use a mic to input the audio into a computer.  Then some
method would need to be created to do the reflecting.

For the November BerkeleyTIP-Global meeting, we set up a VOIP
conferencing system, each person using a voip phone sw like ekiga.  We
had 7 people around the US on the VOIP conference.  The audio was
crystal clear for me hearing the people from North Carolina, Washington,
San Jose, San Francisco & Oakland.

I may not have time to get all this done tonight.  My thought is best to
take it one step at a time, & see how far it can go.

If we get the audio stream out to one place tonight, that will be a very
significant & substantial progress step.
