Logically, you should have tested this well before the meeting, using
your own machine setup and test calls to your cellular.  Have you done
this?  Where can we connect to your test audio streams?

I assume you mean that an unspecified person should do this to benefit
the larger community, which would require that you have credible plans
to offer this datastream to others, and not just to you.  Otherwise,
this would just be begging someone else to set something up for your
personal and sole benefit.  

Whereas, saying "feed me a private audio feed from a public meeting and,
at some indeterminate time in the future I'll figure out how to something
with it for other people" would be just lame, right?
