I'll point out _without_ objection that anything like that set up on the
spur of the moment is vanishingly unlikely to benefit very many people,
because hardly anyone will know how and where to get the SIP stream.
Also, you seem to be saying that that stream would be available only in
real time during the event.

So, personally, I'd be inclined not to bother, as this still seems to be
substantively just one guy in Berkeley who wants other people to go to a
large amount of trouble just so he can avoid actually, y'know,
_attending_ the meeting.  But there's no reason other people cannot do
the aforementioned scutwork if so inclined.
