I'm about to buy a notebook.
I don't see any difference between those 2 machines that would justify
+100$:
Asus Eee 1000H & Asus Eee 1000HE

The 1000HE is cheaper and have a battery that stands up to 9.5h!!

Could you please confirm that the difference would only be the look
or explain me what I'm blind for.
+ Confirm that those Eee machines function perfectly fine with Ubuntu
nowadays.

Asus Eee 1000H

Asus Eee 1000HE:

--> Asus Eee comparison list:

I also consider the following Lenovo. This is closer to a regular computer
but doesn't feature the bluetooth, long lasting battery and backlights - to
read for hours in the sun while making free phone calls..

Lenovo IdeaPad Y430:

Thanx for your help

Baptiste

- As I am starting to post on those linux groups' lists, I'd be grateful for
any comment regarding the way I do it (relevant content for the mailing
lists i use, sending the same requests on different lists, etc...)
