I don't live in the South Bay, but one option you might want to
consider is a (much shorter) drive to the Fremont BART station,
then a BART train into SF. Get off at Powell Street Station, and
from there it's about a 10 minute walk up Grant Street through
Chinatown to the Four Seas restaurant.
