That's Muni's '30 Stockton' bus.  $2 fare, last I heard.  Or a maybe $10
taxi ride.  Or walk six blocks north up 4th Street to Market, cross
Market onto Stockton, and walk about four more blocks through the
Stockton Tunnel and turn right on Sacramento, going a couple of blocks
downhill to Grant.  (About two miles.)

The Stockton Street Tunnel is a bit dingy, but avoids needing to climb
over the east side of Nob Hill.  If you prefer the scenic route, instead
of walking up Stockton Street, walk about a block east (Bay-wards) on
Market, and then walk north on Grant to Sacramento St., instead -- but
then don't complain about the hill.  ;->
