There are wiki areas on BALUG.

Could potentially make a page for tracking potential speakers/presenters,
and dates they can't make, could or might be able to make, or have
confirmed to make, etc.

Maybe a simple table matrix,
rows with potential speakers/preseneters,
columns with meeting dates (e.g. month no. in hexidecimal),
and a key code for varous letters in the table, e.g.:
C - Confirmed
R - Reconfirmed
P - Possibly can make (not confirmed)
T - Tentative - will probably confirm, to be finalized
N - can't make that date
? - unknown if available or not for that date
