[Balug-admin] "announcement" and do we have the spearker info.?

If we don't have a speaker/presentation we don't, ... that can be okay too.

Presming that is/remains the case, and unless someone else beats me to it,
I'll get out an announcment to that effect sometime this weekend.  Here's
example of an earlier announcement of meeting without speaker/presentation:
