[BALUG-Admin] BALUG: Lists, stats, etc.

Haven't quite *fully* automated the collection and reporting of the
list stats yet, but ... fair bit closer.  I did also extract some
data from some backups too, to fill in bit of gap in data and since
earlier reporting.

At this point all the relevant data should be automagically
gathered and saved monthly.  A bit more testing and a few additional
steps and that should also then be automatically reported on and
posted monthly.
