[balug-admin] suggestion fot a speaker Seth Schoen of EFF

Michael Paoli, Dick and I had thought about asking Seth Schoen of EFF to 
speak at a balug meeting again. Just thought would bring it out to the 
admin list.
If we have other speakers or are trying for others that is good. I will 
try to make some contacts at LinuxWorld, no promises.
