[Balug-admin] your mail (promoting BALUG meeting(s) - 7:00p, "not" 7:10p)

When promoting it (or other BALUG meetings), *please* use
7:00 P.M. as the primary time mentioned regarding the meeting and such.

7:10 P.M. isn't the meeting/dinner start time - that's our
cut-off time for dinner - if one doesn't make it by 7:10 P.M., there
are no assurances one will be able to join us in our "family style"
dinner and/or that we'll be able to get one seated with us.

If 7:10 P.M. is mentioned at all in "promoting" it and such,
it ought to say something to the effect that that's the cut-off
time for dinner (e.g. the BALUG website presently states it as
"Dinner starts promptly at 7:10 PM", or one could state something like:
"Be sure to arrive to dinner *before* 7:10 P.M. to ensure you will
be able to join us for dinner.").

We do need to move things along pretty much by that schedule
(seat folks right around 7:00 P.M., money collected and food starts to
flow right around 7:10 P.M.) to allow reasonable time for talk/presentation,
and to also avoid awkward table situation (e.g. tables are nicely to rather
full - and more folks keep trickling in when the tables are already full and
everyone else has already paid up (except the speaker :-)) and
is starting to eat.)

Thanks, everyone.
