I would go with "Free Software and the Digital Divide".  Environment /
Social Welfare is too verbose; "Landfills" does not sound like an
interesting thing to talk about.

How about "great food, community, and interesting speakers"?  I really
don't like the image of having "intimate access" to a fat bearded Unix
geek.
