[BALUG-Admin] Fwd: Request to mailing list BALUG-Announce rejected

I'm going to repost this message individually and assume that the rejection was an oversight because no reason was given for it.  In the future, I would appreciate a reason being given if a post of mine is intentionally rejected.  I believe I've done enough for balug to deserve a simple explanation.
