Looks like this should be "all better now"* as of approximately:
2014-03-16T02:25:08-0700
Technical details:
It appears that by 2014-03-15T22:25:08-0700, the upstream Internet
facing DNS servers of hosing provider had consistently picked up the DNS
changes and were only serving that updated data and no longer also
serving the outdated DNS data. With TTLs of 14400 (four hours), that
should then have those changed be effective across The Internet at large
by (older DNS data would expire from caches due to TTLs)
2014-03-16T02:25:08-0700.
*Do continue to note that present location of "new" host isn't
particularly high availability - so it *will* occasionally be
unavailable (or quite slugish due to bandwidth congestion). However I
expect it will generally be available for the most part.
