[BALUG-Admin] BALUG-Announce unsubscribes via automated action

I have not compared these against previously disabled-delivery cases
that I reported to this mailing list, to see if they're the same and
for what cause each had delivery disabled.

Generally speaking, when a Mailman subscriber's "bounce score" goes too
high, delivery gets disabled (and remain that way unless either the
subscriber or an administrator re-enables it). The member will,
however, receive occasional reminders that the subscription has been
disabled. These reminder messages will include information about how to
re-enable the subscription.

"Bounce processing" -- how high the score must go before disablement,
the number of reminders sent to the member, the frequency with which the
reminders are sent, the total number of reminder messages that will be
sent before Mailman permanently unsubscribes the address from the
mailing lis, and the "number of days to store a member's bounce score"
(after which bounce score resets to zero if there have been no new
bounces) can be configured per-list. ISTR we leave all of these set at
defaults:

Should Mailman perform automatic bounce processing? Yes

Maximum member bounce score before the member's subscription is
  disabled? 2

Number of days after which a member's bounce information is discarded,
if no new bounces have been received in the interim? 30

How many "Your Membership Is Disabled" warnings a disabled member should
get before their address is removed from the mailing list? 2

Number of days between sending the Your Membership Is Disabled
  warnings? 7
