[BALUG-Admin] Latest crop of balug-announce disabled subscriptions

1.  Disabling of subscriptions on account of rejections that in turn
were on account of DNSBL listings.  I have taken no action on these.

3.  What the heck?  I'm not sure I understand.

I really don't get it.  I don't find a DNSBL listing for either the IPV4
or IPV6 or the FQDN, and the "Error: open resolver" doesn't make a lot
of sense.  On general suspicion, I've removed my_balug@spamcrazy.org 
from the subscriber roster.
