[BALUG-Admin] 2nd BALUG Email Announcement on High Volume Lists?

A) know your audience/list.  I'd think that's probably fine for SF-LUG.
   I don't know the lists of the others well enough to specifically
   comment on those.
B) "reminder" - particularly to other than BALUG list(s) is probably
   better appreciated and/or tolerated if it's short and sweet - e.g. it
   can be a very short mention and include a URL to a) the BALUG URL
   where the information is readily viewable and/or b) URL to the
   previous publicly archived message that was sent to that
   group/UG/forum.

Anyway, just my guestimates/perspective.  Any specific feedback from the
other lists/forums may be a more useful guide.
