Anyway, thus far no one requested to be added to the "exception" list, so
those subscribed to BALUG lists other than BALUG-Announce but not
subscribed to BALUG-Announce have now been added to BALUG-Announce ...
that brings BALUG-Announce subscribers count up to 519.
