[BALUG-Test] HyperKitty archiver (or web interface thereof) down

Did Debian 11 Bullseye --> 12 Bookworm upgrade HyperKitty archiver (or web interface thereof) is down, presumably a configuration issue/glitch and presumably mail interface is fine and Django and remainder of web interface looks okay.
