I've updated the BALUG website.

It can probably use more tweaking/polishing, but at least the basic information on speaker/presentation for the 2006-10-17 meeting is now on the web page.

If no one else beats me to it, I'll probably polish it up a bit by around the time we have our "announcement" polished off and sent out (as by then we may have additional details on how we may want to tweak text regarding speaker/presentation for the 2006-10-17 meeting).
