Yes, in my experience it is good to provide an option free of onions and peppers, as some folks find those a bit intense (green onions possibly excepted). Other appropriate choices: San Francisco Special, Aloha Special, Cable Car Special (looks interesting), Amigo Special, Margarita Special (vegetarian).
